Microsoft Windows server crashed ISCSI errors (locked up )
my DELL server locked up and i could not see anything on the screen or ping it i was forced to hard boot it it is a Power edge R710 connected via Iscsi to an Equal logic SAN
here are the errors i see
Service EqlVdsHwPrv cannot load SubSystem 192.xxxxxxx:3260: Error 0x80070490. Confirm this computer is configured correctly for accessing the PS Series Group. Make sure the VDS/VSS access is setup correctly on the Group Manager to allow this host access.
iSCSI login error 0x490 when connecting to vss-control volume for group 192.xxx.xxx.xx.x
VDS fails to launch provider {5D10F21E-F284-4CB2-BB43-0
Initiator could not find a match for the initiator task tag in the received PDU. Dump data contains the entire iSCSI header.
